This is the primary contracting and compensation structure for all licensed L&H agents contracted with A.R.G. For all such Advisors A.R.G. will be providing all of the back office administrative support as well as provide access to additional product lines. Advisors will be responsible for all aspects of client relations, client meetings, sales presentations, case closing and case submissions using Allied Secure Advisor Portal (A.S.A.P). Advisors are responsible for obtaining all required information and documents from clients in order to permit A.R.G. to prepare proposal. A.R.G. will handle all back office processing responsibilities including case design, proposal preparation, case enrollment. Depending upon the product/service offered, A.R.G. may also be involved with Advisor in client meetings. Advisors will be able to track the progress of all cases through their online login to the Agent Portal.
This is where we welcome all licensed Advisors who would like to expand their practices without expanding their infrastructure. These Advisors would like to take advantage of the administrative and case design capabilities of A.R.G. These Agents would also like to provide their clients with value added services such as electronic enrollment, administrative portals, legal compliance services, health care reform compliance services, advance executive compensation strategies, case design and other services on a turn-key basis.
Advisors who desire to make referrals of cases to A.R.G. but do not desire to “work up” the case will be compensated on a case split basis. The Advisor retains the client while A.R.G. works the case as your back office. Advisors are only responsible for completing the online Case Referral Form. A.R.G. will be responsible for initial client contact, describing product/service offerings, completing Request for Proposal, processing proposal, presentation, sale, enrollment and all aspects of case servicing administration. The Advisor can participate as much or as little as he/she desires. Advisors will be able to track the progress of all referred cases through their online login to the Agent Portal. All Advisors contracted with A.R.G. are eligible to receive compensation under this arrangement on a case by case basis at the Advisor’s election.
This is is appropriate for Advisors who would like to provide added value to existing clients and prospects by offering services outside of their specialty without becoming a “subject matter expert” in new products/services. Advisor and A.R.G. will work together to develop an appropriate strategy for collaborating and to determine the level of interaction between A.R.G. and the Advisor's practice.
A.R.G will pay a referral fee to individuals who recruit or recommend licensed Agents that subsequently contract to sell A.R.G. products and services to clients. All contracted Agents and GAs are eligible to receive such compensation simply by making the referral. In addition, non-licensed individuals can contract with A.R.G. for the purpose of making such referrals. Persons making referrals of Agents do not have any supervisory responsibility with respect to the Agents they refer to A.R.G. nor do they have any responsibilities with respect to any clients obtained by A.R.G. and the recruited Agent. The referral fee will be based upon the gross revenues earned by A.R.G. with respect to products and services sold by the recruited Agents.
All contracted Advisors who possess a L&H license are automatically able to receive compensation for referring other Agents. Non-licensed persons may contract with A.R.G. for the specific purpose of referring Agents. This would be suitable for individuals, agencies or organizations that have relationships with large networks of licensed insurance and financial planning professionals.
This category is for licensed Life and Health insurance agents who desire to serve as a General Agent in the recruiting and management of a sales team. Responsibilities include:
All General Agents will be able to trace the progress of all sub-agent cases through their online login to the Allied Secure Advisor Portal (A.S.A.P.) GAs are also eligible to receive other levels of compensation as agents, for case referrals and for agent referrals (for those agents they do not desire to supervise).
A General Agent appointment is made at the discretion of A.R.G. and is reserved for Advisors who are experienced in employee benefits and executive compensation and have a track record of proven leadership and sales team management. All GAs should have a willingness to obtain a deeper knowledge about all of A.R.G. product offerings. Could be either an individual agent who is interested in developing a sales team; or an existing life, health or P&C Agency or investment advisory firm that already has Sub-Agents or investment advisors who would be interested in offering IBG-BMC products services to existing clients.
